The Diagnostic Sprint is the paid way to figure out if we should work together. You get a real deliverable (tracking audit, campaign teardown, 90-day plan, Loom walkthrough, live debrief). If the work doesn't land by Day 14 through my fault, the fee is refunded. If we click, the $2,200 credits toward Month 1 of Growth or Scale.

Days 1–3

Access + Audit

Admin access across every ad account, GA4, GTM, CRM, and landing pages. Tracking audited. Campaigns torn down. Every wasted-spend finding logged.

Days 4–7

Diagnosis + Benchmarking

Industry benchmarks pulled. Funnel mapped end-to-end with real numbers at each stage. Biggest drop-off identified. Quick-win list built.

Days 8–11

90-Day Action Plan

Three waves: quick wins, structural fixes, strategic bets. Each item carries effort, impact, cost. Every recommendation tied to a data point in your own account.

Days 12–14

Package + Debrief

Written report finalized, Loom walkthrough recorded (20 min), 45-minute live debrief on Zoom. Engagement recommendation with three paths: self-serve, Growth, or Scale.

Refund clause

If the full report + Loom + Zoom isn't delivered by Day 14 through my fault, the $2,200 is refunded in full. No adjudication, no delay.

Credit clause

If you sign for Growth or Scale within 14 days of the Day 14 debrief, the $2,200 sprint fee credits toward month one.

Scope clause

Sprint is diagnosis, not treatment. Implementation comes with the retainer. Never surprise work, never surprise invoices.

Questions I get asked

Do you work alone or do you have a team?

I run your accounts. For creative production and landing page builds I bring in trusted specialists when scope requires it, but you always talk to me, and I'm the one in Ads Manager. No account-team handoff.

Will you guarantee results?

No. Anyone who guarantees ad results is either lying or structuring a contract that survives their failure. What I do: diagnose what's broken in your first 14 days, show you a 90-day plan with visible assumptions, and refund the Sprint fee if the deliverable doesn't land. That's the guarantee I can make honestly.

Who owns the ad accounts, pixels, and creative?

You do. Day one. Everything stays in your Business Manager, your Google Ads MCC, your GHL account. I'm added as admin or manager access, not as the owner. If we part ways, nothing leaves with me.

Can we start without signing a retainer?

Yes. The Diagnostic Sprint is $2,200, 14 days, no retainer required. You get a deliverable at the end whether we continue together or not.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Mutual NDAs standard before any access is granted. For regulated industries (finance, health, gambling) I'll ask for sector-specific compliance documents as part of onboarding.

I run an agency — can you be our buyer under white-label?
